Pre-Care is just as important as aftercare when getting a piercing!
We cannot say it enough!
Here are some good way to practice self-care prior to your appointment!

- Drink LOTS of water!
- Eat a meal or even a sugary snack before you come. Low blood sugar levels can cause dizziness during the piercing. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT!
- Shower but don't shave prior to appointment, to ensure the area being pierced is clean.
- DO NOT consume drugs or alcohol 24hrs prior.
- Wear loose fitting, comfortable attire to avoid irritation and aid in proper healing
After Care

Do not remove jewelry.

Use warm, mild sea salt water soaks - morning and evening. Wash hands first! Rinse area with clean water and pat dry with paper towel after.

At the end of your bathing routine, use a mild, non-antibacterial liquid soap to rinse away any skin or hair products that could cause irritation.

Avoid pools, hot tubs, lakes, rivers, etc. until fully healed.
